Plan A: Use Cassel and Dorsey as trade bait to move up and get a QB. Round 2 draft Alameda Ta'amu NT. Use remainder of draft to get RT, TE, RB, S, oline depth.
Plan B: If Carr not re-signed draft Kirkpatrick, If Belzer not resigned draft Hightower, or as last resort Martin.

I'd probably cut who you cut, save for Richardson. I don't think he would be a terrible swing tackle back up kinda guy.
If I wasn't trading up to get one of the top two qbs, I'd probably sit where I was or trade back if someone would be willing.
In free agency, I'd go hard after Soliai and Carl Nicks, thus moving Hudson to C. Draft the best RT in round 2. Get depth everywhere I can.
