These are basically the benchmarks of the non-conscientious, maladjusted male. This is the male who acts primarily on animalistic impulses.
Men should be able to create/build things. Men should understand mechanisms and machinery. Men should never be afraid to tackle problems as they arise. Men buy things that will last them a lifetime and perform the proper maintenance to ensure their longevity.
Men know how to negotiate and rarely are taken advantage of.
Men have a good taste in women and pursue the women that they want.
Finally, though, real men have enough emotional intelligence to love one woman; they have the emotional intelligence to tell their children that they love them and comfortably show them their affection.
That's a man. Not all of this "guns explosions NASCAR" stuff...
