The good public courses are scattered all over the area.
Tapawingo is a good choice, just ask when you make the tee time to stay off the
Meramec Nine. It's not in bad shape, just boring compared to the other two nines.
The Missouri Bluffs is a must. Pevely Farms is a nice track.
Rest are on the Illinois side. Annbriar, Gateway National and Stonewolf are all nice tracks.
