Dan, they did pilot test the ballot desing. They sent samples out to voters and newspapers. And nobody I repeat [b]NOBODY[/b] complained about the desing being complicated untill [i]after[/i] the vote. Oh, and get this, the person who was responsible for the ballot desing is a Democrat.
