Sure, but I've always figured he, and the other Faceless would be able to fight their way out of some places if they really had too. We know Arya can be sneaky with poison
Also, it's a safe bet that she continued to practice what she learned from Dancing Master Syrio Forel (who you might recall was a true badass with a wood sword, just imagine what he would have done with steel), and remembered everything he taught her (the books say she did). Lastly, don't forget all the time she spent with The Hound. There are lots of places Arya could have learned enough to become extremely good.
