It was going to be tough for him to live up to the hype. I think a lot of people lost sight of his real/ultimate upside as a major leaguer.
He's good. But probably more middle-rotation good than top-rotation good, unless he improves his curveball quite a bit. Have they experimented with a slider for him at all? His height and arm slot would seem to fit that nicely.
