Downtown Nashville has a ton of different bars not just a bunch of honky tonks.

West End run through Vandy's campus so there a few bars here and there along with nice selection of places to eat both local and national.

Visited there many years ago,don't remember a lot,do you recall a bar/restaurant where they served peanuts and you could just throw the shells on the floor?

I know crazy thing to remember but they had some damn good food.
