A good mission to get money is, "Out of Court Settlement", you can get it from Martin at level 20 something. The mission only pays out like $4,500 but the car the lawyer drives is worth $22,000 if you sell it to the car shop.
Just kill the lawyer, take his car to your garage, then kill yourself with a grenade or something and restart the mission. Keep doing it until your garage is full. Try not to pick up the briefcase because it won't let you into your garage if you have it, if you accidentally pick it up let the cops kill you because killing yourself with a grenade will destroy the evidence.
