You see fans questioning the heart of this team late in the season and quitting just because they made the playoffs. IMO this losing mindset is left over from the Pioli regime. We need to continue to replace players when we have a chance with new blood that did not go through those tormenting years. It's necessary to build a winning mentality.

Winning mentality is built on hard work and desire, and no one works harder or plays with more desire than Hali.
People have been predicting Hali's decline for the last couple of years.
I expect he'll continue to play at a high level for at least 2 years, and he is not the kind perrson to get mired in a losing mentality.
