I'm not going to bet delusional about where KU is at. As I've stated before, I'm just happy for "better".
The thing that gets me is that we're all just fans. Everyone has their own reasons for being fans of their teams. Everything changes as well. I made a choice not to ride the Mizzou fans after the NCAA tournament. I really didn't notice that Nebraska came in dead last in basketball in the B1G until last night.
Every team has their ups and downs. KU football has been down for a couple of years. I guess some idiots must think I'm as big a moron as they are, because they have this need to remind me.
I did some checking. I'm not employed by Kansas. I'm not a scout, a recruiter or a coach. I'm a fan with zero control over the way things go.
I guess I better ask Nebraska fan how he handled the recruitment of Morrow. Then I'll ask him if he gets the irony when he mocks KU football, while Nebraska basketball seems to be an oxymoron.
