Good franchise, try great franchise. I throughly enjoy being a 49er fan, even during the bad times when the sky is falling. I'm kinda wondering how a person such as yourself gets blessed with a place that offers such great BBQ, but I digress.
I wasn't exactly blessed with the franchise, I was given a choice early in my life. The year was 1988 and I was six years old. My grandfather was a 49er fan, my father a raider fan. I would usually listen to my dad at that age, but my grandpa had a good point, so I went with the 49ers and didn't look back.

Thanks Snoop. An interesting story is that in 1994 the same grandfather was rooting for Joe Montana and the Chiefs to beat the 49ers, I was rooting for the 49ers. The KC pass rush is what ended up winning the day. Good luck over here, I have warmed up to alex as a football player over the years, but the fact he is such a great person makes it easier.
