After polling personnel men around the league, NFL Network's Albert Breer reports that West Virginia's Geno Smith is the lone draft-eligible quarterback viewed as a likely NFL starter.

One AFC scouting director said Matt Barkley "compares physically" to Kellen Moore, who went undrafted in 2012.
