I finally got some stats figured out so I could evaluate some stuff. A few things that have become apparent to me:
1. I'm going to miss Danny Amendola a lot. He had 11 catches for 121 yards and a TD in the only game I'll have him for.
2. I'm not sure what I changed last week to get Gronk more involved, but I'm glad I did. He had a COMBINED 1 catch for 3 yards in the first 2 games and then had 8 for 102 and a TD In the 3rd game.
3. I realize it's a miniscule sample size, but I'm surprised how much better Ryan Mathews is running the ball than Marshawn Lynch. Mathews is averaging about 7.5 YPC and Lynch is at 3.4. Lynch has a 44 yard run that if you eliminate, he's at 2.4 YPC. Most likely just a factor of variability, but I may have to go with the hot hand for a few weeks and see what happens.
4. My WRs suck.
