Still don't get it. It might actually be better to admit you are dumping payroll to sign someone else, because the alternative is to think you are pretty stupid.
Actually, that last tweet might be sort of hinting at that, if "flexibility" = $$$. Even so, I don't think that they can buy the wins they lost with the few million they are saving, much less buy even more wins.
