But trying to learn left hand for movement and some abilities and right hand for camer, targetting and other abilities is driving me nuts.

Are you a key turner or a mouse turner? My A and D (from WASD) are always set to
strafe and I know I'm in the minority because a lot of the MMO payers use those to
turn the character. I've always used the right click + drag mouse to turn my character so I have to apply counter-pressure with my thumb on the side of the mouse where Naga has the buttons (try picking up the mouse while holding the "right click" down without using your thumb, it's hard).
