I am trying to avoid gluten as well (the wheat belly type diet). I have found that avoiding gluten has greatly helped my blood sugar (I am a type 2 diabetic).
I love pizza, pasta, and bread though. Don't seem to miss the pasta as much as I thought...but I really, really, miss pizza. If I can find a low carb solution, gluten free, I could really do some damage on the scale.
