Kelly talked a lot about making sure he molds his scheme around the players he has, and not the other way around. It was probably the most dominant aspect of his message in the press conference. That leads me to believe he'll stick with Foles. He has to know that Vick is just not a good quarterback.

Foles played pretty well for you guys, all things considered, so its not too surprising most prefer him over vick, but tell the truth... i bet most were THRILLED with vick in 2010, right? the problem this year was that teams had a full season of tape of him in Reids system and were able to dissect him and his terrible reads.
Kelly was smart not to pigeon hole himself in any way, keeping his options open about the style of scheme he will run.
As for Reid not adapting his scheme to available personnel, give me some examples, which square pegs was he trying to cram into the wrong hole?
