270 for me, plus I get to have an MRI on my skull, since my blood work came back from the doctor, and apparently my pituratary (sp) gland is probably very little, if any, testosterone.
Doctor seems to think that that could be a factor in my body being insulin resistant. I have also read that having low T levels can not only cause fatigue, but cause weight gain (and thus prevent weight loss). Like dieting and exercise aren't hard enough as it.
Keeping my chin up though. Did not walk as much as I wanted this week, so I need to hit the Y today and get a few miles in.
