yea, i made an ice templar to i was sporting dual wands that gave me about 200-300% spell/elemental damage increase. I had 2 totem skill and had ice skills of my own as well.
brutal ... i could fling 12+ ice bolts at a time
I could destroy a room with ice in seconds
