Legends, The Muny, The Tap Room and Wiley's all suck. The Tap Room is alright, but still sucks. DO NOT go to Blondie's unless you like cigarette burns and c-section scars. Emerald's is a better option if you wanna go to a tittie bar, but it still sucks majorly.
If you want a nice clean bar to consume a few drinks and shoot some pool..go to Kelly's, Norty's, or The Hi-Ho. All three are close to one another, and Kelly's is the only one that truly attracts a college crowd, but it's still pretty dead in the summer. Norty's and The Hi-Ho usually have a much more distinguished crowd, but they're both good options.
