In the East, obviously the Heat are the favorites. But, if the Pacers get Granger back and he can be fit in without disrupting things.....they could be interesting. They gave the Heat all they wanted last year.

I will add that for our resident Heat fans you better hope they are just bored and going through the motion and can turn their game on come playoff time, if not they could get bounced early. There is no reason why a team as talented as they are goes to OT against the Raptors at home.

The Bulls-Heat regular season doesn't matter. The Bulls (with Rose) owned the Heat in the 2011 regular season and that meant diddly in the playoffs.
Per your second point, I agree. They aren't playing well right now.
