However, possibilities still exist for

Lumen taking the fall (who Deb was pointing her gun at)
Quinn letting things "go" due to his affection for Deb
Quinn taking the fall for RoboCop's death (blood on the shoe), he placed a cell phone call from RoboCop's last location.
Quinn getting shitcanned for the wiretaps signed out by RoboCop

Or, Emily goes down as the vigilante woman, Chase takes the rap for killing her, and her "helper" is never known.

Quin taking the fall for Lindy's death. That hadn't occurred to me, but why else would they have made such a big point about that drop of blood landing on his shoe?
