I don't have a pic of them, and I can't find any on the Internet....they are probably about 7 years old and in very good shape becaise I don't wear them often.
The best way I can describe them is that they are semi-high tops, with a diamond shape on the side. Inside that diamond shape is the word "Chief's" set against a red, yellow, and black background. There is a Red Chief's Helmet at the very top of the shoe tongue on both shoes.
One day I am going to have them Laminated for posterity, cause I can never seem to find "Official" Chief's tennis shoe.
