What's more interesting, academically, is the NFL's entire knee-jerk, ad hoc system of justice. Forget Brady. Just look at everything that has gone on during Goodell's entire tenure. It's been pretty weak actually, and the federal courts have repeatedly stomped on what he has done. Even former Commissioner Tagliabue stomped on what he did in one prior appeal where Tags was the arbitrator.
Whatever. We'll see where it all ends up.
