That's part of what the federal case will be about. In the end, we'll see what the judge says.

Not cooperating with a league investigation is considered conduct detrimental to the league.
As far as the federal case goes, you do know that's just a bluff, right?
If they bring it to a federal courtroom, EVERYTHING is fair game.
The court would subpoena all kinds of information, including the phone...emails, contacts and other stuff of coaches and equipment guys...everything.
No ****ing way they want this to go outside of the protected realm of the NFL where the league can destroy evidence and slap wrists.
