Work the pump a few times then add a couple more drops of oil. Sometimes this works. I would try this if you haven't already before I dropped 30 bucks.

Hey it worked! Oiled the heck out of it and now it gives me some pressure. Not sure if it is giving me all it can, but it put a hole in a plastic jug at about 15 yards. Thanks
