Based on what he's posted, his score should not be that low, he has a legit problem.

And that's why I did it because I am stunned my credit can be so low when I never had a late payment on a car or anywhere since the mid 90's and always paid them off in half the time and paid the 30 yr mortgage off in 5.5 years.....
