Uhh.. yeah their IP is huge, most people just think movies. If they are getting all the IP then it is a steal. If they only get movies, it will take a decade to make the money back.
Toys, comics, clothes, merch and video games.
Hell, just make a good trilogy and you get 4b in profit from movies and theatre.
