This payroll stuff is a bunch of bullshit. Glass has the money, and everyone knows he is a flat-out liar when he says they cannot afford to go over $70 million.

Im all for trading prospects, but the decision is much harder when you go into it admitting that you wont ("cant") even entertain the idea of re-signing whomever you get.
