His arm strength is likely to get worse, not better. He's already having problems gripping the ball in the cold, and that's more likely to get worse than better, as well. The Ravens were able to expose things about his game that aren't likely to improve. The Chiefs should be much better next season. The Broncos are going to have to face the Patriots and Texans again, and both games will be on the road. The Mannings are also facing off, and that game's in New York.
It's possible that Manning has another top end season or two of winning 12+ games left, and maybe even a playoff run of more than one game is possible, but the odds are against it at this point.
