Anyone else too depressed to watch football?

Or am I the only one?

I couldn't bring myself to turn on the games today. I didn't even check scores.

I didn't want to hear about the draft, fantasy football, super bowl predictions, etc, so I've been hanging out with friends who don't like sports. I have zero interest in the championship games, much like the Super Bowl, which I'd definitely write off except that the parties are fun. Maybe I'll go and just talk with the sports-hating spouses.

I was not ready for this season to end. I knew it was a possibility, but just couldn't believe my eyes when that field goal went through.

This loss will never be forgotten if you are bronco fan.
All the good things that happened for the last 3 months is past..
This season is failure and i will never forgive what fox and manning did.
They should know better that it's not a good idea to give chance to other team especially with the way our defense is playing.

I feel depressed when i think that Fox will be the coach again next year.

I'm still sick I don't care who wins season over!!

dunno about anyone else, but i felt sick as a dog after the game. I couldn't sleep as i kept seeing rahim stumbling around made me mad. thinking bailey getting beat twice made me want to puke.

my wife kept asking me why i was so depressed as it was just a game. couldn't explain it to her and the only thing i told her that i was a big fan and a part of me lost the game as well.

couldn't watch football after that, spend all day Sunday with the wife and baby going shopping. Just this morning i found out who won the other games. I doubt i'll be watching much football for the rest of the season.

Saturday night I let the kids watch whatever they wanted after the game while I stewed over that pass play at the end of regulation. On Sunday I didn't want to get out of bed, but ended up getting up around nine because my back hurt. I checked scores, but spent the lion's share of the day with the wife and kids. I wont watch the championship games, maybe the Super Bowl, we'll see. Sorry, this just sucked. For me, might be the worse Denver loss going back to 1996 or even Super Bowl 24.

It's safe to say I won't be able to get an erection for a couple days. Apologies to the gf.

I'm not watching another second of football this season. I got myself involved in some diverting activities Saturday night to get my mind off it, but two days later the sting lingers. The memory of that long game tying touchdown with 30 seconds left still makes me wince or want to break something. I hate that an ultimately meaningless diversion like football gets this sort of reaction out of me.
