I like the way I look when I'm thin and toned like I am now. Adding more muscle is a bonus, but I'm not willing to gain a bunch of bulk for a little muscle.

Then you pretty much answered your own questions. Nobody advocated 'drastic' changes. Not sure why everyone gets so confused over this stuff.. it's pretty damn easy. Want to gain muscle, eat more food. Want to lose fat, eat less food. Want to do both at the same time, and your not a beginner, get on TRT. I believe your pretty light (~150lbs or so I think) so it should be pretty easy for you to gain a but just doing basic metcon stuff.
