My job wasn't dead end until the last 6 months or so. Since then the boss went insane... I believe literally. He's now training his relplacement over the last few months. The new guy will likely be worse simply from lack of experience. Plus he's a clone of ex-boss, just younger.
To be fair my now ex boss did a lot of great things for me and supported the station whole-heartedly... for 4 and a half years. I can't say really what happened since that time. There are literally lawsuits pending.
All I can say is damn I'm glad to be out. To say I welcome the chance to..... well it's an understatment.
