If they are going to change anything, they need to find a way to get more minorities hired on at the start of their careers, and then make sure they have the same opportunities as their white peers to progress up the coaching ladder. I'm curious what the racial makeup is for scouting/positional coaches. If there is a relatively higher percentage there than at the top, then that is a good place to look for a way to fix things long term. JMHO

Can you even imagine someone complaining that there aren't enough white players? Think of the coaches that are white, but why do all the good players gotta be black?
Or not enough white RB's?
