Major update is rolling out for Google Search with a completely reworked Google Now interface and better voice commands. It'll show up on its own in the next few days, or you can grab it here:

The launcher is also a nice touch. It adds GN as a dedicated screen when you swipe to the left of your home screen. That won't update automatically - you'll have to sideload that one from the link above.
