Nope. I'm currently in act 2 inferno and there is no amount of HP that will save me from a 1 shot death. I also don't buy gold to buy gear so I'm just trying to farm the impossible amounts of gold so I can buy the gear from the people who exploited through inferno, since you can't find gear in act 1 that is better than you already have. It's so much fun playing the AH instead of the game!
