I don't believe that was the criteria.

The one huge difference here is the ability of a HC/GM to EVALUATE TALENT.

The guy that traded for Young also drafted well.

The guy that traded for Favre also drafted well.

IT ALL FALLS ON THE ABILITY OF THE FRANCHISE TO EVALUATE TALNET...
