I think Poe will provide some pass rush from the NT position this year. With the change to a more attacking style defense, his initial quickness should be an asset. Plus he has a year of experience in the league.
Richardson would provide some pass rush from the 3 tech, but would teams decide to run at him since stopping the run isn't his strong suit? IMO, Star could play either the 3 or 5 tech and provide some pass rush while not being a liability vs. the run. He's not the pass rusher that Richardson is, but I think he's the more complete player.
