It's been like the whole series. They're downright religious about how awesome the games are. They were always sold as "mature dark fantasy" but I always thought they were more like dark fantasy as envisioned by 12-year old boys. With boobs and stuff! And just a horrible combat system in every game.

The first one was okay. I finally finished it after a couple of years of stops and starts. The second one I pre-ordered but just couldn't get into. The third one I might buy on sale in two years. I didn't give in to the hype this time.
