Truth be told, you're right about women lifting heavy apparently, I never spent any time looking into womens physiology... but it does hold true for men.
Doesn't ultimately matter to me, I damn well know what works for me and didn't just start working out last week... come out slinging turds and I'll throw them back.
Jeeez, just trying to talk fitness and this is what it comes to.
