Why wouldn't you? If you enjoy looking and feeling good than go for it. Most people that use this "shit" are still likely in much better health than the avg American downing big gulps and eating fast food. Maybe you lose a few of the last shit years of your life in exchange for decades of a higher satisfaction in life.
