Nah, none that really spring to mind.
I think the manager's role is greatly overestimated. It's more about managing the clubhouse and staying out of the way than anything else.
Example: Ron Washington in Texas. I would say pretty much any major league manager would achieve his level of success with that team and front office behind them.
Just so long as they're not morons that bunt in the 2nd inning, I don't care...
