When I'm working 16-18 hours a day like I have been the last 3 weeks, it's impossible to eat healthy 100% of the time. There's not enough hours in the day.

Its amazing how many more restaurants (fast food and sit down) there are now as opposed to 30-40 years ago.
Its probably a primary reason why so many Americans are overweight to be honest.
It feels like we are starting to lose the art of cooking ourselves. I'll admit, I don't really enjoy cooking meals myself. I really only do it to save money and provide a decent meal for my kids.
If I was single, I'd probably eat out 90% of the time.
