The Cardinals. Arizona has the superior defense, plays indoors but needs a quality QB, a legit starting running back and at least three new offensive lineman.
The Chiefs need denfensive lineman, a true starting ILB next to DJ, a starting safety and a starting CB opposite Flowers. If the new staff switches to a 4-3, they'll be even further behind. On offense, the Chiefs need at least two QB's, help at receiver (which could be in really poor shape if Bowe departs), another tight end and quite possibly, a starting left tackle.
