Especially this particular flaw.
It's the exact opposite of what most quarterbacks run into - throwing off their back foot or getting heavy feet.
He doesn't do either of those things. His feet are very active and he doesn't fall backward on this throw. He's also not a 'happy feet' guy. He just has that odd little hitch where he comes up on his front foot without truly driving off his back leg.
It really should be an easy fix.
