It was predetermined. And you are right. But that wasn't all on Hoyer. There was a ton of dysfunction within the browns last year. Head coach oc battle, owner wanting Johnny, GM ray farmer coaching via text, and the list goes on and on.
Brian Hoyer was not nearly as bad as he was portrayed to be last year. He was given no chance to succeed. I think he will do okay in Houston. he has an organization that completely supports him. Unlike in Cleveland. They aren't going to be chanting for Tom Savage.
