How many frames per second do you want to be able to see?

40? 60? 80?

With LCD's the ms response will tell you how many frames the screen is capable of per second.

The formula is 1 second to milliseconds which is 1000 milliseconds. Then divide it by the response time.

1000ms / 25 ms = 40 frames per second
1000ms / 16 ms = 62.5 frames per second



for a real gaming LCD you prolly need at most 16ms ... prolly 12ms if not 8ms.
