That's bullshit.
His footwork or "happy feet" is due to him keeping them shoulder width and under him the whole time in the pocket. When he throws he's nearly always firmly planted.
Go watch Mark Sanchez or Jimmy Clausen in college if you want to see what real happy feet look like.
Smith is simply keeping his feet under him and squared to his body. Completely different than true "happy feet."
