AFCW Salary-cap Breakdown
Oakland:$ 11.7 million over.
Denver: $770,000 under.
San Diego: $19.4 under.
Kansas City: $34.3 million under.

KC & SD are the only AFCW teams with room to maneuver. Sucks.
Good point. The new CBA is going to force their cheap ass owner to spend $$ too.
