Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning has been named the AFC offensive player of the week.
Manning threw for three touchdowns and 304 yards on 23-of-29 passing in Denver’s 38-3 win over Kansas City on Sunday.
It is the 23rd time he’s been named offensive player of the week, which ties him with Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for the most in league history. (The NFL started the award in 1984.)
This is the eighth time a Broncos player has been named player of the week this season, including Manning after Week 6.
